Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States only.
International shipping is not yet available, but we're working on expanding in the future.

We offer flexible shipping methods designed to fit your needs:

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.
A second email with tracking information will be sent once your order is shipped.


Tracking Your Order

Once your item has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email.
You can also use the "Track Order" page on our website to check the real-time status of your delivery.


Multiple Items in One Order

If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on stock availability and fulfillment locations. Each item will have its own tracking number if shipped separately.


Shipping Delays or Issues

If your order is delayed or you experience an issue with shipping (e.g., lost or damaged packages), please contact our support team at info@shoprelifly.com
